Welcome to Streeto. By using our website & App and delivery services, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers. Streeto acts solely as a technology platform connecting users with independent third-party street food vendors.
1. Platform Role (Intermediary Status)
Streeto is an online marketplace and delivery aggregator. We do not own, operate, or control the food stalls, carts, or kitchens listed on our platform. All food and beverages are prepared by independent vendors who are responsible for their own compliance with local laws, safety standards, and FSSAI regulations.
2. Food Quality & Hygiene Disclaimer
Streeto displays food items based on the information provided by the Vendor. We are not responsible for:
- Preparation Standards: The hygiene, safety, and quality of food preparation at the vendor’s stall.
- Taste & Quantity: Subjective dissatisfaction regarding the taste, texture, or portion size of the food.
- Health Issues: Any illness, food poisoning, or health complications arising from the consumption of food ordered through our platform.

- Note: The contract of sale for food products is strictly between the Customer and the Vendor. Streeto is only a delivery facilitator.
3. Allergen & Dietary Warning
Street food is often prepared in open environments where cross-contamination may occur.
- Allergies: Streeto cannot guarantee that any food item is free from allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.), even if requested. Customers with severe allergies are advised not to order from street food vendors via our platform.
- Dietary Preferences: Classifications like “Pure Veg” is declared by the Vendor. Streeto does not independently verify these claims and is not liable for misrepresentation by the Vendor.
4. Images vs. Reality
The images of food items shown on the Streeto website/app are for representation purposes only.
- Actual food presentation, packaging, and quantity may vary significantly from the photos.
- Street food vendors may change their preparation style without prior notice.
5. Delivery Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver your order on time, Streeto is not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy traffic or road closures.
- Adverse weather conditions (Rain, Fog, Heatwaves).
- Vendor preparation delays.
- Unforeseen operational issues.
6. FSSAI & Legal Compliance Disclaimer
- Streeto is not a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food seller.
- Responsibility to obtain FSSAI registration/license (if applicable) lies entirely with the vendor.
- Streeto does not guarantee vendor compliance with FSSAI or food safety laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streeto (including its owners, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Errors or inaccuracies in vendor menus.
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from the consumption of food.
- Unauthorized access to your data.
User Acceptance
By using the Streeto platform:
- Customers acknowledge that Streeto is a delivery facilitator only
- Vendors acknowledge full responsibility for their food business
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Disclaimer Policy.
For Customer Support & Grievances
If you receive food that is spoiled, contains foreign objects, or is completely incorrect, please contact us immediately. While Streeto is not the manufacturer, we will investigate the issue with the Vendor and may offer a refund or credit at our sole discretion.
