Terms and Conditions Of Streeto:

At Streeto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver the best quality street food from Ayodhya’s streets to your doorstep, fresh and on time. However, in certain situations, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please read our Terms and Conditions Policy carefully.

FOR STREET FOOD VENDORS (Pricing, Payments, and Commissions)

1. Pricing Policy (Price Markup Disclaimer)“The prices of food items listed on the Streeto platform are determined by the Vendor or by Streeto in consultation with the Vendor.

Note to Customers: The prices listed on the Streeto website/app may differ from the prices available at the Vendor’s physical stall/outlet. This difference (if any) is due to packaging charges, platform service fees, and operational costs required to provide online delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to pay the prices listed on Streeto.”

2. Platform Fees & Taxes“Streeto reserves the right to charge a Platform Fee or Delivery Fee on orders to cover the costs of technology and logistics. Applicable government taxes (such as GST) may also be levied on the final bill amount.”

3. Vendor Commissions (For Vendor Agreement)

“Streeto charges a service commission if applicable from its Vendor Partners on every successful order placed through the platform. This commission is deducted automatically from the payouts processed to the Vendor.”

Delivery Partner Terms & Conditions-

1. Independent Contractor Status You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor/partner, not an employee of Streeto. You are free to log in and log out at your convenience. You are not entitled to employee benefits such as PF, ESIC, or gratuity unless explicitly stated by law.

2. Code of Conduct

Zero Tolerance: Streeto has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, theft, or intoxication while on duty.
Hygiene: You must maintain personal hygiene and keep the delivery bag clean.

Traffic Rules: You are solely responsible for following all traffic laws in Ayodhya. Streeto is not liable for your traffic violations or challans.
Mandatory Usage: Partners must carry the Streeto Delivery Bag for all orders to ensure food hygiene. Failure to use the bag may lead to penalties.
 
3. Payouts & Incentives
 
Payouts are calculated based on completed deliveries and distance.
Streeto reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud, fake deliveries, or failure to return undelivered food.
 
4. Liability & Insurance
 
Accidents: You ride at your own risk. Streeto recommends you maintain valid Third-Party Liability Insurance for your vehicle.
Goods: You are responsible for the food package from the moment of pickup until delivery. Any damage caused by negligence may be deducted from your payout.
 

📜 CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION – MISUSE POLICY

Use of Customer Contact Information

Streeto may provide delivery partners with limited customer contact information (such as mobile number or delivery address) strictly for the sole purpose of completing an assigned delivery. Delivery partners agree that such information shall not be used for any personal, commercial, promotional, or unlawful purpose.

Any misuse of customer contact details—including but not limited to unsolicited calls, messages, harassment, fraud, data sharing, or any activity beyond delivery requirements—shall be considered a serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, the delivery partner shall be solely and personally responsible for their actions, and Streeto shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever.

Streeto reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently block the delivery partner’s account, terminate access to the platform, and disable all associated IDs without prior notice. Additionally, Streeto may cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities, and any legal, civil, or criminal action arising from such misuse shall be borne entirely by the delivery partner at their own risk and expense.

 
ASSET & UNIFORM AGREEMENT
 
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹[according to streeto] will be deducted from the Partner’s first few payouts to cover the cost of the Streeto Delivery Bag and T-shirt.
Return of Assets: Upon leaving the platform, the Partner must return the assets in usable condition to receive the deposit refund.
 
DATA USAGE & DOCUMENT POLICY
 
Streeto collects delivery partner information solely for identity verification, onboarding, and service-related communication. Documents such as Aadhaar and Driving License are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
 
Streeto does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except when required by law.1. The “Floating Cash” (COD) Policy

Since street food orders often involve Cash on Delivery (COD), this is the most critical policy to prevent theft. You need strict rules on how riders handle the cash they collect.

CASH MANAGEMENT POLICY

Limit on Cash in Hand (The “Float” Limit): Delivery Partners are authorized to hold a maximum of ₹1,000 (or your chosen amount) in cash collected from customers.

Mandatory Deposit: Once the cash limit is reached, the Partner’s app ID will be temporarily blocked from receiving new COD orders until they deposit the cash via UPI/Bank Transfer to Streeto.

Settlement Timeline: All cash collected during the day must be settled with the company within 24 hours. Failure to deposit cash will result in immediate ID suspension and legal action for recovery.
 
ZERO TOLERANCE & SAFETY POLICY
 
Customer Privacy: Delivery Partners are strictly prohibited from saving, sharing, or messaging a customer’s phone number after the delivery is complete.
Unprofessional Conduct: Any report of harassment, stalking, or rude behavior towards customers (especially women) or vendors will lead to immediate termination and a permanent ban from the platform. We will cooperate fully with local police if a complaint is filed.
 
BACKGROUND CHECK
 
Consent: By joining Streeto, the Delivery Partner consents to a background check, including verification of their Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and criminal record history.
Falsification: Providing fake documents or false information will result in immediate disqualification and potential blacklisting from future employment in the sector.
 
FOR CUSTOMERS-
 
Order Cancellations
 
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it through our website/app.
Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellations will not be accepted.
If payment was already made and cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed.
 
 Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:Wrong item delivered.
Missing items in the order.
Food received in poor condition (e.g., spoiled, damaged, or not fit for consumption).
Undelivered orders due to service failure on our end.
 
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
 
You change your mind after food has been prepared/dispatched.
Delay caused due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient.
Minor taste or preference differences.
 
Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, pictures of the issue.
Once verified, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
In some cases, we may issue a credit voucher or wallet balance that can be used for future orders on Streeto.food.

Returns Policy
 
Since we deliver freshly prepared food, returns are generally not possible. 
However: If you receive a wrong or poor-quality item, please contact us immediately.

Our team may arrange a replacement order or refund as per the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
